AGM Adjourned to May 12th Club Night

In accordance with paragraph 32 of the Articles of Association (see below) the AGM last evening was adjourned due to a failure to achieve a full quorum.

To be held at Orsett Churches Hall

I am therefore writing to advise all our members that the Gateway Cycling Annual General Meeting has been re-scheduled for Friday 12th May at 7:30 pm and is to be held at Orsett Churches Hall.

The Committee will consider the matter and propose wording to modify the scale of quorum required to allow satisfactory progress of club business. Any deliberations will be published prior to the AGM.
