CHARITY RIDE for UKRAINE

Sunday 8^th May,  9:30 am Start

Bulphan C of E Academy

Following Gateway Cycling’s previous local charity ride in 2021, we have decided to run another charity event on Sunday 8^thMay to raise money to support the people of Ukraine.  We plan to meet at the school in Bulphan at around 9.00am for a 9.30am start.  The route will be 20-25 miles in total and we will be stopping at Young’s café (this may be subject to change closer to the date).

You can make a donation on the day (we suggest a donation of £5 per entry or you can donate more if you wish) or you can donate via the club bank account:

The club will match any funds collected and we will be supporting a charity to help support the people of Ukraine. If we then donate the sum raised to British Cycling  #STAND WITH UKRAINE campaign they will match-fund our donation (making it worth up to 4 times the original) before splitting between: 

Union Européenne de Cyclisme (UEC) Solidarity   and

Unity Aid for Ukrainian Cycling fund and Disasters Emergency Committee
