A big thanks to Dave F for oganising this little get together at Coalhouse on Sunday, our first meet up following our enforced absence, it was great to see everyone again…

Despite the threat of spring rains, under the leafy green trees at this historic site didn’t dampen our spirits, with jolly chat and an all round happy atmosphere.

I didn’t count but I guess about thirty or so of us were gathered. Tina and Phil took some snapshots, could a few of these be posted up on to the website please, it would show ‘the world’ that GWC is getting back – up and running.

Further thanks to the committee for giving us all the six pound voucher for the Engine Room café eats, which worked to everyone’s satisfaction. I hope also we can soon pull together our first proper Club night meeting at Orsett – with sensible safeguards in place…
