Bob’s Wednesday Ride with Cafe Stop
Here are some photos from Bobs Wednesday ride, taken on his video camera. It was a fairly punchy ride by everyone in the group, Dave, Peter Clarke, Ivan, Chris Milne and Frances. We set a creditable 20.5 mph average in sweltering heat, with everyone doing their bit on the front.
Gateway CC meet at Orsett War Memorial Wednesdays 9.45am for a 10am depart. The club welcomes all abilities of cyclists, there is a ride for everyone during the week and at weekends.
A ‘no drop ride’ means the group will set the speed based on the slowest rider. Other rides may state a minimum average speed. This helps new riders gauge / select appropriate group rides.
