RSPB Rainham Marshes September Cycling Events

Autumn is here and our friends at RSPB Rainham Marshes have some events they want to share with us.  Here are the details they have passed on:

Guided Cycle Ride – day trip
Saturday 10 September, 11 am-3 pm
Explore the RSPB Rainham Marshes Riverwall and further afield with a cycle expert and guide, and discover the wildlife and the amazing views! This guided off road cycle ride will take you on good paths, stopping along the way to enjoy the spectacular views and amazing wildlife.

The paths are good, hard surfaces and we will be exploring further along the Sustrans route 13, extending our adventures to explore the Ingrebourne Hill, Chase nature reserve and Beam Valley.
This adventure will start at 11 am and won’t finish until 3 pm – so you’ll need to bring a packed lunch, and water, with you!
Booking required – just because we would like to know how many people are coming along!

Give us a call or email to book – if you don’t want to bring your own bike you can hire one of ours for the day! You can hire bicycles from RSPB Rainham Marshes.

And let’s not forget that we have the cosy cafe with great views, hot food, drinks so you could stop off for a snack! You can also visit our well stocked shop to further pamper our feathered friends.  And of course, you can visit our toddlers and adventure play areas, climb on our boulders, go nature orienteering, join a yoga class, join our weekly running club, and more!
