Sunday Easy Rides

From this Sunday (15th February), we’ll be running an easy paced ride which will be suitable for new riders, riders who want to try club cycling for the first time or just those that want to enjoy a slower paced, shorter ride.

We plan to run these regularly and we’ll have an entry in the Event Calendar with details of the upcoming rides.  We’ll also include a named ride leader so you know who to introduce yourself to on the day.

If you haven’t ridden with us before or then please contact us first.  Either come along to a Club Night, email a Club Official or via the Contact page.

This first ride will start at 09:30am from the car park next to Bulphan C of E Primary School, Fen Lane, Bulphan. The route will take us to  Damyns Hall Aerodrome in Upminster and back.  We’ll be stopping at the Aerodrome for refreshments. The pace will be easy.  Your Ride Leader will be Jeff.

Your bike must be roadworthy. You should also have a pump, puncture repair kit and a spare inner tube. We also recommend that you bring a drink, some cash for refreshments and a mobile phone.  If you are not a club member then please inform the Ride Leader of your emergency contact.

The Event Calendar will be updated if we have to cancel the ride.
