This is an easy paced ride which will be suitable for new riders, riders who want to try club cycling for the first time or just those that want to enjoy a slower paced, shorter ride.

This ride will start at 09:30am from Blackshots – meeting place is on the walkway just outside the entrance.

The route will be on road and will take us round through Orsett and Bulphan and there will be a stop for coffee, cake and chat either at Thames Chase or Puddledock Café and then we will return to Blackshots. The distance is approximately 22 miles and the pace will be easy.

Your bike must be roadworthy. You should also have a pump, puncture repair kit and a spare inner tube. We also recommend that you bring a drink, some cash for refreshments and a mobile phone.  If you are not a club member then please inform the Ride Leader of your emergency contact.
