Bike Week – Family ride around the RSPB sanctuary in Purfleet.

Event Date: 13 Jun 2015 - 14:00
Location: Rainham Marshes, New Tank Hill Road, Purfleet

Details:

Start at 2pm from the RSPB Visitors Centre – around the river wall returning to the visitors centre.

This is an easy ride, a distance of about six miles. It is along mostly flat, traffic free cycle paths beside the wildlife marsh and then alongside the historic River Thames with its wide watery vistas.

An ideal ride for all, the young and young at heart and everyone…Children of sixteen years and under will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult – mum and/or dad…

Bikes need to be road worthy, have a pump and puncture repair kit and ideally a spare inner tube.

There is a small cafe, toilets and car parking at the Centre. (RSPB Visitors Centre New Tank Hill Road, Purfleet, Essex RM19 1SZ)
