AGM Adjourned to May 12th Club Night
In accordance with paragraph 32 of the Articles of Association (see below) the AGM last evening was adjourned due to a failure to achieve a full quorum. To be held at Orsett Churches Hall I am therefore writing to advise all our members that the Gateway Cycling Annual General Meeting has been re-scheduled for Friday 12th May at 7:30 pm and is to be held at Orsett Churches Hall.
