Poppy Charity Ride – Rememberance Sunday

For One Sunday Only… Poppy Charity Ride – Rememberance Sunday
Something that was mentioned at the AGM, was a charity ride. Having listened to many suggestions, all gratefully received, the Committee is pleased to announce the ride, in aid of The Royal British Legion, will be on Sunday 14th November, Remembrance Sunday. Ride start time will be 9.30 at Bulphan or whatever has been agreed with your ride group(s), with a cafe stop at Youngs Cafe, St Mary’s Lane. The idea is to meet at 10.50, for a 2 minute silence at 11.00. Riders can then stay for tea and chat or carry on for a longer ride. You can make a donation on the day or you can donate via the club bank account, using “donate” as the reference . The club will match any funds collected.
It would be great to get as many of us together as we can and in Gateway kit it will make a great show 🙂. We hope to see you there.

PS. We can still do the Christmas Ride to Hyde Hall, weather permitting.
