Hi Gateway Cycling
We at Grays Motorcycle Centre Ltd, are now able to get Rubena tyres through one of our major UK tyre distributor. I will be trying out a set at the Whyte winter series round 4 at thetford forest on my MTB later this month.
They are a major european manufacturer and make over 7 million tyres a year and 10 million tubes.
We will be more than happy to quote you a price for tyres, just pop along and ask
Many Thanks
Paul

Hello Paul
Did you do round 3 at Thetford, and how did you do?
Dave C
Hi Dave
Yes I rode the 1st lap I think with you and Trevor, I was in the bright flourescent green jacket with a camal back on.
I was given 106th in the final results, I have seen you at other races and you rode away from me so it was a good moral boost to able to stay with you for a lap, so with the training I had put into this round I felt good to push a little harder (the new bike helped alot as well)
I see you are not doing round 4 looking at the entries list, is that right?
Paul, GMCC Ltd
Hi Paul
I have entered round 4 as has Trevor, I think that they had a delay listing the entries.
You should’ve said hello during the race as I didn’t recognize you, even though we spoke in your shop about a month ago.
I finished in 111th place (stop laughing at the back there!). I had a look at the lap by lap analysis and we crossed the line together on the 1st lap, then you beat me by a minute on the second, and pasted me for 3 minutes on the 3rd. Well done, if you’d have done the 4 hour race you would’ve been doing 30 min laps at that rate of improvement!!!!
See you on the 26th
Dave
Hi David
I should have introduced myself properly as we waited at the single track, I did look for you after the race to come over and say hi, but I couldn’t see you.
I’ll be taking the van up again for round 4, so if you see it i’ll be somewhere near it.
Ian (my business partner) is talking about coming to your meeting on Friday evening, he’s interested in the clubs Sunday rideouts.
See you at round 4 if not before.

Paul
How did you do in Rd4?
I had to pull out on the 3rd lap as I’d hurt my back, I was also fed up with the amount of pushing and shoving going on when the fast racers were overtaking. I think that there were too many riders on the course at once.
Dave
Hi Dave
Didn’t see you at the 1st round of MSG !
Are you and Trevor doing any rounds??
Also I see the Beastway (redbridge) dates are out starts on Wed 16th May & runs for 11 consecutive weeks.
Paul
