Mud Sweat and Gears – Easter RegionXC Series returns for an action packed fourth year in 2012! This year’sseries visits 5 venues throughout the Eastern Region with the aim of allowingcompetitors to experience the best mountain bike race courses the region has tooffer. We hope you are as excited as we are about what we have planned for thisyear and we look forward to seeing you on the start line at the first round in April.

Eastern Region XC Series offers riders ofall abilities the chance to test their fitness, nerve and bike handling skillsat five great courses throughout Essex, Suffolkand Norfolk.The series brings together established venues such as ThetfordForest and Tunstall Forestalongside exciting newer courses, so whether you like free flowing trails or atighter, more technical circuit, there is something for everyone.
For 2012 we are continuing to offer a1.5hr coaching session for the Under 12 riders so they can learn new skills andtechniques with qualified British Cycling coaches, followed by their own 20minute race!
