The team selection for the UK School Games incorporating the IRRC needs to be with the main sponsor by 23rd March. With this in mind the selection races are a little rescheduled to bring the selection conclusion and submission by the 17th-23rd March. The ROAD selection races will now be
1). 25th Feb………………..LVYCC series race at Redbridge
2) 10th March……………..March Hare races at Redbridge
3) 17th March………………LVYCC series races at Redbridge
I know that the timescale is now tight and some of the youth’s have pre entered icebreakers etc, so I ask that at least one event is competed in by any interested youth. The TRACK Selection races will be:
1) 20th April…………….Welwyn Track League opener.
2) 12th May …………..,.Welwyn Wheelers Youth Omnium(National Youth Track Omnium)
3) 2nd June……………..Herne Hill Open Track series meeting
4) 15th June…………….Welwyn Track League
5) 7th July………………Herne Hill open Track series meeting.
I ask that any youth interested attend and compete in at least 3 of the five track meetings, for evaluation. This to be placed on the BC website for greater coverage.
