Gateway Cycling is arranging a ride over to the Thameside Nature Park in Mucking on Sunday September 4^th 2016.The ride will be suitable for new riders, families or those that enjoy a slower paced shorter ride. Meet up outside the Blackshots Sports Centre by the cycle stands in front of the centre  at 9.15am for a 9.30am departure. Please make yourself known to the ride leader,  Dave, when you arrive..The ride will be at a very gentle pace of around 8mph with a total distance of about 15 miles. At the park we will stop at the visitors centre for a short while to stretch our legs.

Please ensure your bike is roadworthy and that you have a pump, puncture repair kit and a spare inner tube. We also recommend that you bring a drink, some cash for refreshments and a mobile phone. The club recommends that all riders wear a helmet. Riders under the age of 16 much be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
