Meet up outside the Civic Centre in Blackshots Lane at 10.00am.
The route to Upminster goes along the Mardyke through the RSPB reserve, Rainham and along the Ingrebourne Valley to Upminster. There we will have a break for refreshments before returning on road to Grays, via Corbets Tey and South Ockendon.

This will be a gentle paced ride of around 10mph suitable for those with mountain bikes and hybrids. The total distance will be around 25 miles.

This is a ride suitable for all abilities and age groups. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please ensure that your bike is in good working order and that you come along with a cycle helmet. Please bring along a pump, puncture kit and a spare inner tube. It is also recommended that you also have a drink and a mobile phone with you. If you are not a club member please inform the Ride Leader of an emergency contact.
