This event is open to all including non-members – no excuses, so get on your bikes – singles, couples, mums, dads and the children . . all the family.

Date: Sunday morning 21st September 2014
Meeting place: Blackshots Sports Centre
Time: meet at 8:15 am ( depart 8:30am ) eta Bulphan 9:30am.

It will be of a very slow pace ( av 7/8 mph ) and a short distance of 12 miles approx.

The idea is we cycle out to Bulphan ( via Orsett ) to meet up with other club members meeting up for their Sunday ride etc. we then return back to Blackshots.

Easy miles at an easy speed – no one gets left behind.

Your bike must be roadworthy. You should also have a pump, puncture repair kit and a spare inner tube. We also recommend that you bring a drink.
Check your bike the day before to avoid disappointment on the day.

Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The club recommends that all riders wear a helmet.

Gary shall be leading this group and would welcome any help from other club members.
