Meet at Blackshots Leisure Centre at 09:50 for a 10:00 am start. We’ll be cycling through Orsett, Horndon and Stanford-le-Hope before reaching the Thameside Nature Park in Mucking where we will stop for refreshments. Our return journey back to Blackshots will take us through East Tilbury, West Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary.

Most of the ride is on road with the only rough part being the road up to the Thamside Nature Park Visitor Centre. This is probably OK on a road bike but we would recommend a Hybrid or Mountain Bike.

Your bike must be roadworthy. You should also have a pump, puncture repair kit and a spare inner tube. We also recommend that you bring a drink and some cash for refreshments.

There are no age restrictions for this event but we would suggest that this ride is suitable for aged 14+.
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
