The initial easier run will start at 9:30a.m. on Sunday morning from Bulphan Church and be about 18-20 miles and be fairly flat and easy (I think it will probably average about 14-15mph – but that depends upon who turns up). This will run Bulphan to Bulphan. Once we return to Bulphan, the ride will take off for a similar distance (or longer at a higher pace and more hilly as the intermediate ride).

WE WILL NOT LEAVE ANYONE BEHIND. All welcome.

The intermediate club run will follow on from the easier ride. (Dependant upon weather) and will probably be about 16mph average
